01 Agreement to Terms

02 Software Development Services

• Scope: Project scope and deliverables are defined in individual Service Agreements or Invoices.
• Acceptance: Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
• Maintenance: Post-launch maintenance is provided based on the selected package or subscription.

03 Marketing & Branding

Digitalsewa provides AI-powered marketing and branding services designed to scale your business.

• Content Rights: Clients retain ownership of their brand assets once full payment is received.
• Campaign Performance: While we use data-driven strategies, specific conversion results can vary based on market conditions.

04 Payment Terms

Payments are to be made according to the schedule outlined in your project invoice. We accept Bank Transfers, eSewa, and Stripe payments. Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing services or project delays.

05 Intellectual Property

Custom code and branding assets developed specifically for your project become your property upon final payment. Digitalsewa retains ownership over any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, or general software components used during development.
